Nature has been an important focus throughout my work. This infatuation has prompted me to spend hours capturing animals, insects and plants from all around the world bringing me peace and gratitude. A fly could be viewed as an insignificant  pest however they are extraordinary in their creation. Their complex structures looks almost alien like and otherworldly close up.  Minute things are often unseen and therefore underrated in their splendour. The intricate patterns on a leaf may be overlooked in a large forest but up close they are beautiful works of art. Likewise insects are like little super heroes, able to change colour, shape and form, camouflage and jump magnificent heights - a caterpillar transforms into a butterfly! It is the unpredictably and spontaneity photographing wildlife that makes the opportune image rare and extraordinary. Each moment is special and unique because of its varied and ever changing environment.
